Chocolate banana smoothie recipe

Chocolate banana smoothie is a very healthy smoothie made with choco powder and bananas and an ideal smoothie for kids.  Bananas are rice in potassium and antioxidants in cocoa are beneficial for good health.  Do try this smoothie and enjoy with your family.

INGREDIENTS

Banana – 1 (sliced)

Cold milk – 1 cup

Chocolate or cocoa powder – 2 teaspoons

Honey – 2 teaspoons

Few ice cubes

Few chopped dried nuts like badam, pistachios or cashewnuts

Chocolate sauce for decorating

HOW TO MAKE/PREPARE CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Take a mixie jar.  Add chopped banana pieces, chocolate powder and nuts and grind to a fine paste.

Then add milk, honey and ice cubes and grind again  to a good mix.

Pour the smoothie into two glasses and decorate with chocolate sauce.

Serve chilled.
