HOW TO MAKE GREEN PEAS/MATAR PURI RECIPE Grind the green peas, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, amchur and water to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Take a bowl. Add wheat flour, semolina, salt, 2 tablespoons of oil and green peas paste and mix well. Add water accordingly and knead all the ingredients to a soft but stiff dough. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth for upto half an hour.
Step 3
Divide the dough into equal sized puri shaped portions. With the help of rolling pin, roll small puris and deep fry them. Drain the puris on an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.

Serve green peas/matar puri hot with aloo subzi, curd, pickle or any of your favourite curry.
Step 5
NOTES : Semolina or rava is added to wheat flour as it helps in fluffing up the puris.
